hi hi ppl, this is the first post of Chris' Thoughts... before i start, i have been busy the past week with my IHP... i am doing my best as i can... i doing an iPhone application on GPS... and for the last time, stop asking what i doing for IHP, very very headache... of all the topics to pick for discussion, you pick IHP... a whole day of IHP is enough for me, so if possible stop reminding of IHP ok ?? hahahahah.... okok... lets get started....................
the letter of this blog is "A"... and "A" is for Anger... hmm... firstly, if you know me in reality (or outside the internet), you would probably realized that i hardly ever get angry... seriously, if you disagree with me, put on my tagboard, i dare you !! (LOLX)... but whether i get angry or not often, i feel that getting angry is one of the worst thing to do in any situations.... taking myself as an example, anytime i get angry, i lose myself and cannot think straight... sometimes, i will not even listen to the reasons given to me as i feel i am right and everyone else is wrong... i think most of the people are like this, hence, if u are reading my post, remember that anger does not really solve everything...
however, usually for some reasons, my anger usually dun last very long... after a while, it will subside suddenly... this is seriously a miracle for me... just before my anger subside, there will always be these thoughts in my mind "What am i so angry about ? ", "Why am i so angry about it ? " and "Is it worth getting angry about it ?"... after these questions appear, i will always calm down because i seriously dunno why i am so angry... i start thinking right and be happy and forgive whoever i am angry with... hence, nowadays, before i get angry anyone or anything, i will think through these questions first before getting angry, or my friends would call it, activating my "bankai" for no reason...
before i end off this post, i will like to give a little anger management advices... firstly, throwing tables and chairs is certainly, 100% and confirmed not a good way to manage anger (LOLX)... how i know that you ask... well, lets just say that this 19 years i have realize BETTER ways to manage anger... hahahahahahaha.....
one method would probably be the one i always use, however, it require a person to be able to think when he or she is still angry... not a very good method for many if you ask me.... another method is to calm down and think before gettting angry... the first and second method is different as 1st one is managing anger while still in "bankai" mode and the 2nd one is managing anger before activating "bankai" mode... meaning while still in "shikai" mode or not yet release the zanpukuto (anime thing, dun bother understanding if you dun watch anime...)
last method i know of is to get as far away from the thing that's making us angry... while this method seems to be avoiding the problem rather than facing it head-on, it will ensure a person dun get angry because of something he or she see or heard... well, everyone will only get angry if he or she see or heard something they dislike... no one will suddenly get angry for no reason de... no such thing i tell you... lets say for EXAMPLE(EXAMPLE ONLY), i am with jing peng at bugis, happily shopping... then ivan who is with weijian, happily shopping at jurong point... then i tell jing peng something that will make ivan unhappy if and only if he heard it.... however,only jing peng will know it... ivan won't be like happily shopping with weijian halfway then he suddenly angry... i mean, he cant even hear what i am saying to jing peng at bugis... so i concluded that anger only occur to someone who see or heard something they dun like... once again, it is just an example, i am 100% sure this does not happen at all...
okok... its been a long day and i gt work to do for my IHP tmr... i will key in the next entry soon... Stay tuned readers.... last time, IT IS AN EXAMPLE OK !!! DUN TAKE IT TO HEART PPL !!!
